Ok so here's my setup:

04 IS300
380cc denso injectors
walbro fuel pump
Garrett 60-1
38mm Tial wastegate (8psi)

I've been on MY.IS site and asked but no response. I attempted to start a map and used the 1mfze for the vehicle with crank. Set the ign tab to 3 CH. The car fired up instantly, but this was prior to installing the injector and fuel pump.

After the install this weekend, the car still cranks and runs, but only for 10 sec and dies. I have the boost pressure sensor (option 1) and also the A/F sensor (option 2).

I need some help to get a base map just to be able to drive the car in vacuum to my tune in a couple of weeks for a proper tune. I'd hate to tow it 50 plus miles. Anyone who can help, I would really appreciate it!!

Perhaps I'm missing something simple here? I don't get why after the upgrade (injector/fuel pump) the car will stall when running?

Are the injectors the same impedence as the old ones? How much bigger are they that the stock injectors?

yes they are the same impedence...they were simply drop in like the stock, but shorter. I bought them used from a member from my.is

these injectors were from the turbonetics turbo kit for the is300.

I'm going to check my plugs tomorrow night...I was thinking that because my injectors are 380cc and the base map i used from a member was 550cc...that may have fouled my plugs? It smells like fuel when I fire up the car and it eventually stalls. I'll check my plugs first tomorrow night and then go from there...i remember before i loaded the map with 550cc and i/j map for it, the car started just fine...cross my fingers. i'll update....

What does your a/f meter say when you start it?

ok..I figured out the misfire issue, at some point I must have changed the number in the I/J parameter tab from 6 to 3 by accident. Once I changed it back, the car fired up and sounded much better but it still stalls after 5 secs. So I started changing the numbers on the I/J map to increase fuel under vacuum and it idled between 13 - 15 in the 500 - 1000 rpm range. Once I step on the gas pedal, the engine cuts off. I guess I need to figure out my I/J map.

Another update. The car starts out around 12 AFR and then after a few seconds, it'll go super lean and the engine cuts out. This was with the i/j map set to the default 0. I enabled the cell feature on the I/J map and added fuel by 50% and the car stayed running but it's pig rich (10afr). I'm going to keep tweaking with the numbers and see if I can get it to idle right and drive within vacuum. I'm going to compare to another member from my.is to see where he's map and mine differs.

did you adjust the injector size compensator for lag time in the i/j parameters tab?
