used, or good priced apexi power fc (or another plug and play stand alone)
timing belt
metal head gasket
arp head studs (are the 2jzgte's the same?)
used turbo kit
exhaust (mkiv's cat back would work)
good priced front mount intercooler kit (mkiv's would work)

As for the rest of your questions, you're going to need to research a bit :) Because all of them are answered on this website.

Except the timing belt... which is the same spec as some certain year 2.6L 4cyl Isuzu Rodeo, info is at supraforums and on various 1jz websites.
