Hey guys, tried searching and couldn't find the answer that I wanted specifically.
Is it that much harder to drop in a 2jzgte in a sc400 as compared to a sc300? I know the motor mounts and transmission mounts are going to be different but is there any special fabrication I'm going to need to do? I really doubt there is going to be a lot of problems dropping in a 2jz in this sc400 but I want to be 100% sure because I found out there's this real cheap sc400 rolling chassis for sale locally and the engine and tranny are already removed. I can get a 2jzgte aristo clip for a good price as well but before I dive into this I need to know is it going to be a real big headache. Also, am I better off just getting a cheap sc300 to do the swap. Anyone know? Thanks Guys.
