92 sc300 emanage blue help

i have two harness for it, and i believe one is for fuel, the other is for ignition timing. and i was curious if anyone is using it for their na-t. sc300, OBD-I.

also i definitely would like a diagram showing how to wire in my eman. blue to my ecu.

a friend of mine told me that the emanage blue isnt good for OBD1 cars, is this true?

what management am i better off with?
