I have a 1996 NA Supra.

Planning on running a GT3540 aiming for about 300rkw.

A lot of people have pointed me in the direction of the emanage ultimate.

Would this be a good option??

What would be better a standalone or a piggyback. I've heard a lot of good thing about the emanage.

I might go with this option if it is a suitable one

emanage is ok, you can just go with a simple safc2 or neo. you are shooting for low hp and that will do what you want without breaking your pocket and you wont need to get a tuner to mess with it, emanage with wiring and tune will be about $1000 or more. safc2 with a tune will run you around $400 and yield the same results

Hmm I suppose. If I ever decide to go bigger though. I'll do a bit of reading up

sorry mate but you're advice is a bit off.

the OP is in australia and his car will be MAP based. an SAFC will be nothing more than an expensive paperweight for that car.

You're in luck. Australia's emanage guru is located in Melbourne.
His name is Cihan and his details are here http://etuner.com.au/component/option,com_contact/Itemid,51/

I think your best bet is to just give him a call and tell him what you are planning to do with your car , and he will advise you what you need. He's really into Supras so tell him Nik from the supra club was recommending him so he better live up to expectations lol

I bought my emanage ultimate off him actually. I priced them up everywhere and the US suppliers (mohdparts) was like $50 cheaper I think, but I decided to get it from Cihan after all so that I had a warranty and all. Worth checking around for prices. Ive seen a few come up on supraforums.com.au for cheap too but thers always that bit of risk with second hand stuff.

I just checked on Greddy website, I couldn't find wiring harness for 2JZ-GE, they're all for 2JZ-GTE. Do I need to modify that harness to make it work and how? I have a 97 NA auto. Thanks!
