I have a 1989 na Supra and I am thinking about ditching the 7mge and swapping in a 2jzge. My problem is that im not sure which ecu or wiring harness to use. I know the 7mgte harness and electronics work, but would my 7mge harness work or should I use the stock 2j harness and ecu?

:liar: Don't post in a thread with answers if you aren't 100% sure about what you're talking about.
There are a handful of people running 7MGTE sensors, harness, and ECU on a NON-VVTi 2JZGE.
Rewiring of the 2jzge TPS and modification of the 7mgte cam sensor is all you need to do.
I am doing this same thing to my car as we speak. Using a 60-1, 7mgte 440cc injectors, TT fuel pump and a SAFCII. Its the most cost effective solution to doing a 2jz swap in a MKIII and produces great results.
