Hi All.
My name is Jim and I'm the owner of a supercharged IS300, one of only a few in the UK.
The charger is pushing 13lbs at the redline and I'm currently running it with 440cc injectors, a walbro and the Emanage Blue. I've also got meth injection, headers, exhaust, cams...etc
The car is shop tuned up to 9PSI, but as it's going to be a while until I can next get the car in for a rolling road session, I'm planning on hometuning the car for the rest of the boost.
What I'm trying to find out is what AFR's I should be shooting for when tuning. I know its a bit of a broad question as lots of other factors can come into play. But basically I just want to tune it so its safe-ish without completely bogging the car with fuel.
Here's a broad map I devised from researching around on the my.is forums:
-10 14.7
-8 14.3
-6 13.9
-4 13.5
-2 13.1
0 12.7
2 lbs 12.3
4 lbs 11.9
6 lbs 11.5
8 lbs 11.5
10 lbs 11.0
12 lbs 11.0
Does that sound reasonable? I could probably lean out a bit more, but as I'm running meth I don't want the worry of the pump dying and having it kaboom on me.
