Can I just do a full jdm swap NA->TT. Everyone is saying you have to convert it to USDM but does it matter? Can I just do a full jdm swap?

These are the parts I will need. (jdm)

Engine, Trans, ECU, UNCUT wiring harness

intercooler, fuel pump, gte igniter, 02 sensor

i also heard you need

rear diff. and drive shaft <-----What are those and where would I get them?

Am i missing something anyone or does it look good to go?

Swapping into an NA supra or SC300?

JDM motor is fine for the swap, so long as you have the jdm ecu and harness, otherwise, you can use a us spec harness and have to change a few of the connectors on things like the injectors, water temp sensor, and you would use the us ecu of course.

As for driveshaft, and rear, it depends on if you're swapping in a 6spd or auto. ??

The only real benefits of having a "US Spec" motor are the larger fuel system and better turbines. Supposedly the cams [US] are better too, but it hasen't been proven.

Some people run it for years , others have no luck and it breaks quite soon.
It will last longer with the sequential setup because there is less sudden shock loading on the transmission when boost kicks in. Also get a nice full face sprung clutch so that there is les shock there too.

Keep an eye on ebay as they do pop up on there every so often.

The W58 is only fragile of you drive it like you stole in. Treat it with respect and it should last for along time.
