Greddy Emanage Ultimate (a few)
Electromotive TEC3 (bunch of PFS cars and a few BL cars)
Haltech E6K, E6X, E8, E11 (bunch of Toyomoto and SRT cars)
Powertrain Control Solutions XFC (1...could be more now...TurboEast cars)
Motec M4 (PHR cars)
AEM (not sure on the model but one DIYer and a few Toyomoto cars are running this)
I believe someone is/was running a SDS, not 100% sure though.

TurboEast got the Emanage to work pretty well. They used a black box/fuel conditioner which resets the stock ECU to prevent it from learning the fuel trim but are moving to a different piggyback. They're now using the PCS which looks very promising. They were able to squeeze over 600 rwhp out of that piggyback.

Wow I'm Using The Blue E-manage With No Te Black Box And My Car Runs Fine ..so The Te Black Box Keeps The Oem Ecu From Learning..i Dont See The Problem Since I 'm Not Using It...
Well I'm Running A Supercharger Instead Of A Turbo Will That Make A Difference ?
