Obd1 or obd2

I recently bought a 95 supra which is a na and I plan on turboing it. My question is I have no engine wire harness and no ecu so should I get obd1 ecu or obd2? What would you guys recamend? I did searches and read that obd1 had problems but also that obd2 is more complicated. I will be taking my car to a shop to do all the tuning.

I would go with the OBDi as the OBDii has more regulations to comply with making it a more efficient engine with less power.

I have not read up on this so I may well be wrong but thats how it comes accross.
