hey everyone i just changed my sparks to ngk Iridium IX Plug and it said present gap??? i gap them at 43 like the supra book said. so i gap them there. and also when i wot it from a stop it pause for a while then it kick in . is the gap wrong or they are not the right plug. and am using stock toyota wires

humm...im not to sure but when i change my plugs i gap them to where they need to be accourding to plug....i think you should ask the attendent at shucks or pep boys...or where ever you bought them where they should of been gaped at but then again ive been using platinum 2s from bosch so i dont need to gap ne more so i could be wrong i havnt gaped a plug in a long time

oh i forgot check your cap and rotor mine was effen chunked to pices the rotor is cheap though but that could do it

thatnks for the help guys but i put the stock plugs in and everything is fine. problems went away if anything its been better because i clean the plugs before i put them in. i have a vvti so no cap and rotor and am an auto

u dont gap ngk irridiums , there set up already done. doing so will wreck the plug
