For those installing ARP headstuds, please be sure to check all 20 washers from the box and make sure they all look perfectly fine before installing. ARP is not always perfect.
I know getting defective washers is rare, but it happened to me and Dynoxtreme, we are both victims, more so for Dynoxtreme as Sakis spent additional 3 days including Sunday to work on my Supra at no charge.
It only takes one washer to f==k you up and locating that one washer once headstuds has been installed/head put back together is not exactly fun.

Yeah, saw your post on supraforums. Glad to hear it was so minor, and fixable. I'm glad your finally idling great, and able to have some fun in your car with all of the money invested!

Yes, I received one completely wrong stud in my last kit. One stud was the wrong length and had the wrong threads.

It has a small section chopped off (approximately 25% of the washer was missing), just compare all the washers and make sure they all look exactly the same.

Before the washer was installed, we called ARP twice, they just said go ahead and use it, should not be a problem.
Here is the pic of the washer:

Lol dude it holds ur head together. You dont want and "should not be a problems". You should get what you pay for. Not settle for one that slipped through the cracks. Just my opinion.
