hey guys, i've looked around for a bit but can't find the thread. wasn't there someone on here that knew a way to rewire something that would make it act like a fuel cut defencer? now with my new HKS exhaust, i'm hitting fuel cut in the 1/4 mile, so i need to get this taken care of. i thought i remember hearing someone who knew how to just rewire or ground something that would eliminate the fuel cut. TIA.

70 dollars for a greddy speed or boost cut isnt cheap but does the trick

right, well that was my other option. however, i remember reading on here that, i think GOTTRD, knew how to just rewire something to act as a fuel cut controller. i can afford the greddy one, but i could put that money to something else.

Get the Greddy controller so you don't go hacking up your rare to the US wiring harness. I paid about $60 for mine and it's very easy to install. The other method you are probably talking about is using clamps to re-route the signal maybe.. or to eliminate it all together.

it might be. i dunno. i just remember someone asking about the fuel cut controller, and someone else saying "ask this person, because they figured out a way to do it with just rewireing. whether thats eliminating it or not, i'm not sure.

i dont know how to get around the fuel cut by re-wiring... i myself have an hks fcd on my car so i sure as hell didnt hack mine.. ur probably thinking about the tach or temp gauge

hmm, it might have been the tach then. did you rewire that somehow and get it to work?
