Took my car to school. As i was getting ready to come home. I see my friend drift by in his FC rx-7. So i sound my horn. He sees me and drives by.
"I heard you got your turbo in." He says, with an excited look on his face.
"Yup," I respond. "just got it in a couple weeks ago"
"Let me see what it can do." He replies with a smug look.
So we start heading out to 580. I boost a little just so that he can barely hear the evidence of something that lies beneath the hood...Something...Monsterous. As I merge lanes he gets up next to me, keeping a steady pace at 50mph. We look at each other and I motion with my hand '3 honks'. First honk, look at my Boost gauge. Second Honk, Look at the cars that are 100 yards in front of me. Third Honk, GO!!!.
I give him a head start, because I knew his mere 1.3 liter rotary was inferior to my 3.0 liter Inline 6 beast. As I hear his rotors spinning in speeds of excess 6000 rpm. I drop it to second and floor it.
Chapter 2
As my boost starts creeping up 1..2..3..4..5.. psi. He hears the sound that was familiar to him just a while ago. But then all of a sudden, 6PSI!!!
the beast has awaken....AND ALL HELL HAS BROKEN LOOSE. As the almighty TE44 creates so much pressure that the wastegate spring cannot hold back and realeses it In a rush of Air. I started reeling him in.
We are now side by side.
Pssshh!!! is the sound The HKS Super Sequential Blow Off Valve makes as i let off the gas to go into....THIRD GEAR!! You hear the almighty Beast 2jz let out an ungodly roar. By the time i come back to my sences from that rush of power. I can see the naturally aspirated rx-7 4 car lengths behind.
