low 200`s would almost mean a drop in power from bog standard..... you do mean 300? right?

Th point: Lo 0% Hi 75%
Low throttle: Low 30's
High throttle: Mid 20's
If it stock fuel it should be good Since your not really adding more fuel. But you should just put +2% or so, just to be on the safe side.
You should really buy a wideband, very important tuning tool.

I'm on stock fuel, stock exhaust I am running a DaveH kit with a PT52. It is running 5psi currently, when I dyno'd I put down 222rwhp and 248rwtq. However, when driving around, while really coming onto boost I'm at around +1-2%, then around 4500-5500 I'm at +5-6% and right before redline I'm at +6-7%.
This is all on an AFC by the way...and yes, my car was hooked up to a wideband and I had healthy A/F's. I'm not sure why, but it seems my car is so much different than everyone else's...but it's not acting up or anything. Runs perfectly smooth, I think I could honestly pick up a decent amount of power if I got a real exhaust and quit using the stock one.
You really need to go out and get your car tuned. You can't rely on someone elses tune because as I think I made it seem...many cars are different.

btm are you tuning on the low throttle settings as well? When I went to get mine dyno tuned before, the idiot just put in +5% across the board for the low setting and it smells like I'm running rich all the time
