You can use the link at MKIV.com to get a baseline on how to do it. This write up is basically listing the parts needed to do it (cheap).

mkiv.com:
http://mkiv.com/techarticles/fuel_bypass_line/index.html

Parts you will need to buy:
One each of these:
3 feet of -6 AN steel braided fuel line $12.95 (http://store.summitracing.com/default.asp?target=partdetail.asp&part=SUM%2D230603&N=120+4294924496+4294924495+301804)

3271-06-45 DEGREE 45' ALUMINUM #6 HOSE END / 6AN $11.99 (http://www.pegasusautoracing.com/ProductSelection.asp?Product=3271)

3271-06-90 DEGREE 90' ALUMINUM #6 HOSE END / 6AN $11.99 (http://www.pegasusautoracing.com/ProductSelection.asp?Product=3271)

2 of these:
-6 AN hose end to 12 mm x 1.25 in., anodized blue $6.95 each (http://store.summitracing.com/default.asp?target=partdetail.asp&part=EAR%2D991945&N=100&Ntk=PartSearch&Ntt=991945)

-----------------------------------------------

I'm going to assume you know how to take the intake manifold off. It'll make doing this mod a hell lot easier. My guidelines are very vague so you will need to know basic stuff on your car.

***YOU WILL NEED TO CUT THE SS BRAIDED LINE. I HAVE TO CUT IT A FEW TIMES BEFORE I CAN GET IT TO BE THE PERFECT LENGTH. TO BE SAFE YOU WILL CUT IT ABOUT 20". YOU WILL ACTUALLY ONLY NEED LIKE 19 IF YOU WANT A PERFECT STRAIGHT LINE.***

This is what the parts look like when you receive it:

This is the part that will connect to the fuel line:

Screw the red bottom part of and get the fuel line in there:

Then put the blue part in and start screwing it in. Make sure the SS line doesn't get out loose:

This is what the final product should look like. I have an extra stuff on the end because I'm installing a fuel pressure gauge at the same time (here's the PN from Summit if you want it EAR-100199ERL):

This is what the stock feed line looks like. I have a T in the line as you can tell, yours prob won't have it so don't worry:

Just take out the old feed line and install the new one. You might need to PB Blast the end on the fuel filter. You might as well change the fuel filter while you are at it (Toyota PN 23300-49195).

Just be careful cutting the SS lines. I got a few cuts :(

I tried using a hacksaw, but that shit doesn't cut for anything. A few attempts with the angle grinder finally worked. I'd suggest taking it to Home Depot and asking them to cut it or a shop if you don't have the proper tools to make a straight cut. If the SS braiding gets loose, it'll be hard to get it into the red thing.

A Dremel and a high speed cut off wheel works really well also.

One thing I would suggest is using a 135 degree hose end on the fuel rail side rather than the 90 degree. The bend makes it a little easier to fit it in between the firewall and the engine.

Wrap the braided line with duct tape, then use a fine tooth hack saw and you'll cut through it like butter.

Bingo! I use electrical tape myself, but either works fine :)
