I am waiting on the shop to email me the files. You can download the dynojet software and replay the runs. In the mean time here is a scan of the printout.

444RWHP/382TQ on 93 octane @ 17psi
555RWHP/460TQ on 110 octane @ 25psi

using a 17% loss thru the tranny, this is approx 520 and 650 crank hp on 93 and 110 octane respectively.

Thanks Amir...

yes, 25 psi was on 110 octane. I'm trying to post video but photobucket doesn't take .vob files whatever a .vob file is.

It certainly was screaming. Now we need to get you on the dyno ;) The more I think about your setup Amir, the more I think running the higher compression is a good idea as long as you can monitor knock.

here is the video:

why does the 61 spool so late?

98mkiv
12-03-2006, 08:22 AM
It doesn't. I'm on the gate very fast. The dyno charts are the torque / power curves not the boost pressure. That was not logged. The tune is very conservative and if timing were mapped a little more aggressively then it would show as a sharper curve.

Thanks,
Mark

peak tq is not until after 5k rpm's?

98mkiv
12-03-2006, 05:18 PM
as you see from the graph, peak torque is after 5K, but it's important to note that torque is relatively flat from 4500 on.

yes, 17psi is 445WHP that same turbo ran 25 psi and 555WHP. Both very very conservative tune. Yes, that is the TRD GEN2 replica we sell.

Hi, I am trying to get more info on your turbokit for 2002 IS300, what other modification I need to do on my engine to get to 450hp. Do I need a stand alone fuel management system bigger fuel injectors, do I need to go with a thicker head gasket? Wating for yor reply
