hey guys my friend just got a sc400 because he could not find a sc300.now he want to do a swap.is this posible or is there any diference he want's to swap for the (2jzge to make na-t) or 2jzgte can ho do this or is he stuck. the car is a 92 with 112kk miles.

I havn't really looked in to this much, but I would like to put a TRD supercharger on the toyota V8. It has an extra liter of displacement, and is much lighter than the 2jzge due to its aluminum block.

A lot of guys that go supercharged seem to have belt slippage issues though.

For the money you might as well just go 2jz.

doesn't anyone know how much different it is to do a 1jz swap into a sc400 then doing the 2jz? Why the 1jz hahah cause I can't afford to do the 2jz...sigh

the main difference between the 1jz and 2jz swap are the electronics. Getting the 2jz to work with the body harness and electrical system can be a bit tricky.
As for the 1jz, it was made to fit the sc300 from the beginning (minus the RHD of the ECU harness). I dont know if this answers your question but hope I helped.
