Been driving the car in the past week in mostly stop and go traffic, other than much quicker spool, better bov sound, Cali cop friend exhaust sound level, super smooth ride, I did not experience anything special as I hardly boost on street at all.
Finally had time and took the car out tonight for freeway pulls. I started from 60mph in third gear, mashed the gas pedal at 60mph, no brake boost, approximately 3~3.5sec later already past 100mph, caught me by surprise, went though 3rd gear like it was 2nd gear. The speed needle looks as it went up as fast as RPM needle, too bad I had to shut off at 110mph, as I can't take the risk of getting another ticket. The car at currently power level should be very comparable to 996TT(415bhp) in 60mph~100mph runs as traction is none issue.
I only have 404rwhp/476bhp, it is nothing compare to some of the members here, you guys who are running 500+rwhp on street, you are all freaking nuts:thumbup: I will join you someday.

Yea it is fun on the fwy :) I just took my car out. I just installed 550cc's so the SAFC is all zeroed out. On 19psi, it didn't pull shit :( I guess it needs to be tuned. It was feeling like it has around 300rwhp.
do you still have a wideband on your car?

no you were not.. remember the night you raced the sti on 10psi and you maxed your car out at 150 and also raped the sti.. you looked at your gauge and you were like "WTF" all disapointed...

for sure dude, man the car sounded like it wanted to keep pushing.. but o well the tt swap we are doing is going to be hella sick.. so dont worry we will hit that 200 mark

i just did some 2nd and 3rd gear pull on my new set up, bl t61 stage 2 turbo with 550cc's and SAFCII on stock maf, the boostcontroller hose came off and boostspiked to 20 psi :( that shit was insane though! omg....the car squated and went for it...40-60 in like 1.3 secs, no kidding...now the car runs crappy under boost over 4k rpm, and puffs black smoke, im down to a half a tnak on 60 miles :( im runing WAY rich, waiting till monday to install the O2 sensor so i can see my AFR and do some basic tuning to get the car to the shop to get it tuned, im still looking for a lexus V8 maf, but the stock one is working so far for me, except that its EATING my gas

You really got some guts bro, doing 2nd and 3rd gear pulls untuned, at 22psi on T61 you should be well past 500rwhp mark
It is tough not too boost, but just wait a little bit longer bro, not worth the risk doing pulls untuned with boost spike and all.

You just need to get the Lexus AFM and complete the package bro. I bet you be making some serious #s on dyno with the BL kit.
You can find also find one on Supra forums and ebay:
