I have a very strange minor problem.
It has been like this the past 3 days, car occassionally will not start, just as if you are trying to start the car without pressing the clutch all the way in.
I doube/triple checked my floor mat, making sure it did not get in the way of clutch pedal.
Engine does not turn, no crank, usually after a few trys it starts perfectly fine.
What can be the cause? bad key? clutch pedal?

sounds like something is grounding out somewhere j. all your lights go on when you turn the key when it does this right?
maybe the ground to the starter??? i'm just throwing that out there

could be that your starter is dying, or there is a malfunction with it.

Exactly what you described, all the lights came on. The problem started on Sunday, I did not take it serious, as it started after 3~4 attempts.
Did that again yesterday once and 3 times today.
I can't remember what I did, all I did over the weekend was replacing the parking light, replacing the bolt that pop off the FMIC mount, adjusting my RMM front lip, switch back to OEM wing.
Changed out the spark plugs yesterday, but it has nothing to do with it as this problem started on Sunday.

How do you check the ground to the starter? It could very well be the starter, I get 1 quiet click noise when turning the key.
Car does not always start, it takes 2~5 attempts, once it turns fire right up, not fun, need to fix it asap.

you have to pull out the starter, there is nothing wrong with it, since its making a click, it works, the thing that went wrong is the contacts inside the starter, they got worn out, when a starter fails that is wat happens 95% of the time, you just have to most likely switch out the contacts inside of the starter, one is 16bucks and the other i 8 i belive from TOyota, had to do it on my cuzins TT supra, our starter is a lil easier to get to

Thanks bro,
Greatly appreciate your advice, yes, the starter actually make clicks.
I am going to give that a try before replacing the starter with a new one, last thing I need is waste another $200+ for something I don't need.

if i remember correctly, the starter is under the intake manifold (about halfway down the block) and back against the firewall. looks kinda like a barrell and is right by the bell housing is..........that's if i remember correctly :)

its not hard to take off, just difficutl to get to, you will see it connected directly into the bellhousing, its not connected to teh firewall, its conceted to the block itself, its held to it by like 2 or 4 bolts....cant remember...
