Sp74 starts at 3800-3900 and full boost mid 4000 or higher depending on boost level.... You really feel the kick up on top end though... Not a low end turbo by any means

Still have a PT52 in that NA-T kit, which is the same turbo I started with. It would start to spool in the mid 2K range and full boost around 3500 w/ a manual. SC61 spooled like a mofo too, slightly higher than the 52 but not by much.

Never got a chance to. I'm a squirly bastard who tends to change his mind at a moments notice  I got the kit installed, rough tuned w/ EGTs and tried it out. Then I moved onto the GTE motor and sold off my first NA-T setup.

I'll post up my single (Will be testing both a T61 and a 67 on the GTE) dyno's when I get to that point

im on the 60-1 t04e from the turbonetics kit and well now its spools at 2k and hits full boost soon after :) didnt used to spool that quick but i guess after a bored out fully built block and a full race port and polished head u get a little quicker spool time :ylsuper:

I have a master power T70. It goes over the 0 psig around 3500 to 3600 rpm. You start feeling the effect round the 3900 to 4000 rpm and full boost is around the 4200 rpm (only 6 psi)

PT61

In my currently set up it get into positive boost at 2600~2700rpm, hit max boost at 3500~3600rpm with virtually no lag.

On second gear going 20~25mph, punch it, maxium boost immediately, no joke, 60mph comes almost faster than you can react.

In my older set up with same exact PT61, it was noticeably laggy, very poor boost responds, I used to complain about it all the time, I almost gave up on NA-T and bought BPU TT to avoid the lag.

BL t61 , boost build @3krpm, by 3.5 positive boost is felt, if boosting by 4k already at 21psi :) 40-60 mph in 3rd gear at 20psi was seriously no joke in about 1.2 secs

So what kind of surging issues do you have with this turbo? I hear its one of the worst turbos to pair with the 2jz because it goes past the surge limit and can cause a lot of problems.
