ever since i got my car back from having the motor built ive been running into alot of ecu problems ... it either runs lean and pulls timing or runs so rich it hardly goes and throws black smoke everywhere. today it completely went into limp mode while i was driving down a busy road. the fix was to simply reset the ecu. mind you i have had to do this multiple times to get the car to run
my set up is turbonetics na-t kit motor bored 20 over low compression cp pistons carrillo H beam rods head is full race ported and polished with some over sized stainless steel ferrea valves. basically this is a warning to any one who wants to build the motor and run stock ecu ... dont do it. also id like to know if any one has any clue as to why the stock ecu is doing this. doesnt make a huge deal to me i will be running aem ems shortly but i guess im just looking for some answers
