I need a tranny

Anyone have any 5 speed trannys for the MKIV for sale? Do what needs to be done to contact me, please. Going to school soon and just blew my second tranny and need to get it fixed ASAP.

Well according to a thread I saw on the SF, you can buy a w55 tranny from an early 90s toyota pick up truck (22re) and swap on the bellhousing from your w58 and the tail cone and shifter assembly and throw it in the supra. Supposedly around $50.00.
Again this is all hear-say so dont qoute me from personal experience.

I have a complete W58 setup out of my supra

Trans, shifter assembly, clutch pedal, etc. etc. Also have an RPS max (blue) clutch setup with zero miles on it :) Do you're probably just after the trans right?

Since you're local, let me know what other parts you may be after as well. I'm stripping a bunch of stuff off my mkiv, so I have many things left (complete TT brake setup w/ new pads and rotors for example)
