OK guys check it out. I ordered a Boostlogic stage I kit and I am awaiting the arival any day now. Now when I ordered the kit, it said "complete" and in doing my research on the kit, it seems you need an AFC as well.
And then when I see some of the NA-T posts on the forums, everyone is still having issues, so they are recruting FPRs ,VPCs, complete ecu,MAFs.
So whats the deal? I need to order all of the components I need now to have my car ready for October.
What all do I need to have a sound stage 1 kit?

For the stage 1, you really just need AFC2 to go with your Boostlogic kit.
FPR is nice addition but not must for stage 1. VPC, Lexus AFM, Complete ECU, etc is for the next stage with higher boost and require headgasket + larger injectors.
I ran low boost setting on stock injectors, no V8 AFM, no VPC, almost stock everything + SAFC2 for over a year, no problems.

would you need AFC to for the stafe 2 kit?The higher the amount of power you're tuning for, the more advanced electronics you're going to need. AEM, VPC+SAFC, etc

what if i was aiming for 350-450I'd say if you stay with 525cc injectors or smaller, SAFC alone will be sufficient.
