I'll do a better diagram later, lol. MS Paint rocks as of now.
This one is for a Casper's Electronics o2 fooler. You can use a diff one and modify the wire colors accordingly.
Pull back the carpet on the passenger's side:

Look for a harness that is popping out of the floorboard: this is the wire we are working with.

There seems to be 2 black wires, you can't visually tell which one is positive or not. One seems to be positive and the other for the heater function or whatever. Just take a voltmeter and measure before you splice in.
(Edit; the one closer to the WHITE wire is positive)
