Rollcage is in, waiting for nhra cert to look at it before finaly welding is done. Front end is cut off, and some of the front structure is in. The car is extremely messy and filthy, but you can get some idea whats done.

Is this going to be lighter in weight than the last one? Have you put anymore thought on shelling out the money for the Lexan glass replacements? Looks good so far. :)

Ryan: yes I already have lexan for it. It is going to be a lot lighter then the red car was. :)

I dig the ghetto hood stand. NHRA requires you to have bars in the engine compartment too? Or did you just put at in optionally?

The pipes in the engine compartment are replacing all the stock chassis that was up there... like the radiator support, etc. Most of the stock stuff up there was bent up, so we cut it out and made a replacement out of the pipe.

here we go again dave ;) , cant wait to see this car done, so where did the old one move to? it was a very sick car dave, hopefully u can find a way to make this one even better

Takes a lot of imagination and confidence to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Cant wait to see that thing run!
