As you know my current auto transmission has just took a dump on me, been boosting for just about 2 years now *see previous post for more info*. I was thinking about trying out the 1jz auto tranny for a temporary reliable fix, but there are some compatibility issues which I didnt want to deal with. So decided to tap into the savings and do it the right way the first time.
I was pretty much set on boostlogic, mainly because everyone here is running there set up. But I did some further research and found out that STC offers a built auto. Does anyone have any information on the STC tranny, or is running there set up? *stage 1 One thing I like about there tranny is they offer a 1 year unlimited mile warrenty, and boost logic offers no warrenty yet there customer service relation is nice and will help you out if anything does go wrong, but nothing official.
Either way I am going to order a Built auto this week just want to make sure I go with the right one. So far on SF i've had one vote for STC but again there hasent been much input.
