the file is compressed in a .rar you have to extract the files. you can use winrar (rarsoft.com) then extract it and view the .pdf files with adobe.

That is a great find...I got a link from Curt Aigner at Elmhurst Toyota and I downloaded the PDF files, but of course I had to pay for it too.
