Only boosting 3 psi!!!!

Just finished the install and went to tune and dyno. Using only the wastegate to regulate boost and its a .4 bar spring in there so boost should be at almost 6 psi. Problem is, boost is staying at a constant 3 psi!!! Any suggestions on what could be wrong? I don't think it's a boost leak since it stays steady at that level. This totally sucks help me!!!

Agreed...adjust the wastegate...it's simply opening up too early.

well waiting for the boost controller to come in. can i just put a tee in the vacuum line to the wastegate and let it leak on purpose to try and up the boost a little that way?
