Alright, so heres some pics of my na-t as is sits in the garage this very moment.

I still have to bolt on the ic piping, and add some oil and fire her up. :fingersx:

Now, heres where I have ran into a bit of trouble, and am basically "stuck" right now installing this.

Im using the TT SMIC and piping for my intercooler, however have some metal pipes for my BOV, and another one to accompany it.

Now, my problem is that I was running the BOV a good ways away from the throttle body, because i remember hearing that you should try and keep some distance from it and the BOV if possible. Well, I found out that the way im doing it the BOV just KEEPS hitting the hood, and the fitment just won't work. So, my only way out of this is to have my BOV mount closer to the throttle, body (not very close, just on the same pipe thats going to the throttle body)

Is this going to cause serious problems, or can I do this? I know that a lot of people actually have their BOVs up that close, so im not too sure how much of a problem that is....

Anyways, heres some pics :) Throw out any random comments, concerns, or questions.

What happens if you take the 90 degree pipe the BOV is welded to and flip it around. Does the BOV fit then, it will just be under the pipe now?

Good call, switch the BOV pipe end for end and the BOV should end up pointing down toward the AFM.

I concur. And to answer your question... there's no problem having a BOV at that distance from the TB. I've seen other setups that put it even closer

Damn, good call. Im terrrrrible as hell at geometry and my brain has a hard time putting objects in at different angles, lol.

Anyways, ill try it. I might try a variety of different methods, actually. I'll post a pic up of what I decide to do and whats going to work.

Got the car started tonight. WOW. Fuckin WOW.

Car boosts amazingly. Its an indescribable feeling if you've never been able to get a chance to be in a turboed car.

We broke down like 10 times cuz the damn IC piping kept falling off. One time we broke down in a turn lane on heavy traffic. I was scared as crap cuz I thought I broke something, turns out that the MAF fell off the coupler to the turbo (idiot)

So, still on the n/a fuel pump and injectors, need to put the walbro in. We did a little street tuning before we boosted, we about damn near went sideways boosting into second gear. :D

I'll keep you guys updated on how it goes, but damn.. This is cool. :)
