2JZGTE Auto Trans on 1JZGTE motor.

does anyone know if it would be possible to put the 2JZGTE auto trans on teh 1JZ motor with teh 1JZ ecu? i just wanted to know because if you have a auto 1JZ and you want to go for more then 400WHP that trans will not hold up and i know the JZ one will. so is there anyway to do so?

I know it will bolt up, and all. I THINK it would work with an auto ecu, but not sure.

The ECU won't be able to control it and the driveshafts are gonna be different too.

The 1JZ tranny is about as strong as the 2JZGTE one so it's really not worth swapping. Check out my auto mod thread thats stickied in the NA-T section if you haven't already.
