hey guys i after i did my GTE swap to my 95 NA with all us spec stuff and OBD1. it runs fine and all but it's throwing a code 27 how do i get rid of it? however i did only pluged up the 2nd o2 with the one off my na and just simply cut the wires so nothing is hooked up to the 2nd o2 sensor plug to the main wireharness. i though obd1 ran on a closed circuit wirediagram if it didn't get a signal from the 2nd o2 sensor it goes back to read from the 1st o2sensor. thanks guys
The ECU looks for both signals from both O2 sensors...
you can either connect them on the same line or you can bridge them at the diagnostic port using a thicker paperclip.

please tell me where to bridge them at the diagnostic port thanks
I cant remember the two pins that you bridge.
Let me look it up.
Ok the two terminals you need to bridge are OX1 and OX2
go look at your car's diagnostic port... its on the driver side of the engine and its a little black plug right next to the oil cap and its bolted to the frontside of the intake manifold.
Should have a wiring diagram under the hood or on the port itself . Unhook your battery's negative terminal, then plug a decent sized paperclip (one that wont come out) into OX1 and OX2. They should be right next to one another (across the two columns of pins)
If you cant find a diagram for OX1 and OX2. I suggest you do some research and find that diagnostic plug diagram. It shouldnt take you 15 minutes to find it. I, on the other hand, have to go to sleep :)
