Well imagine my dreaded fear when I come to a stop and the damn car won't down shift. It barely revs it struggles to get over 2500 RPM :ohnoes: . My clutch pedal is stuck down and won't come back up. I manage to get into a parking lot and shut off the car. I put it second and start it up and it shakes and fights me violently. I give it gas and pull the clutch pedal out fully with toes and the car jumps forward and moves. So I keep it in second till i get back on the main road. Its 12:28 pm and and the lights are all blinking yellow and i cruise home in second gear. So i decide to experiment and shift it to third clutchless and goes smoothly. I make it home and park her on the side of the street. No to get the damn clutch pedal fixed. I found out my clutch pedal came loose. Its not that hard of a fix, I hope! So my near death story today.

Hope to have it fixed by next week!

Clutch plate shattered because the installer who will remain nameless installed the old throwout bearing and installed the clutch backwards. I will no longer deal with this shop and will be in the process of disputing and getting my money backwards if they do not refund me the money.

WTF?!? I'd either get them to replace the clutch and install it CORRECTLY... or sue them for the cost of a new plate and the cost of installation at another shop

yeah that is my plan. I'll have pictures for ya'll tomorrow. My buddy aaron and brad mayo from third shift are redoing the clutch job the right way. The other shop is blaming it on disc failure but they will not accept the responisbility because "it was a favor for you". So needless to say thay Mofo is getting SUE'd like a little bitch.

Peace

It was a favor because they did it on a sunday! They are normally closed on sunday. But :madfawk: screw them I am going to kick their butt :fingersx: with the legalities. They still need to stand behind their work. Oh well I gotta go cya.

Yikes, that's a bad deal! I didn't think you could put the disc in backwards?? Obviously a botched deal anyway. I wouldn't worry about crankwalk.
