yeah, I finished boosting (and sacrificing out a few 1uzfe's :gay: ) the sc400 a while ago....prolly around the time I was last active on Club Lexus.

It's just been parked for so long that I havent been motivated to do anything else to it.....

LOTS of good info/people here! It's quickly become one of my favorite boards!!

Hey Ms. Emerald. Saw your 240SX in action a little while ago can't remember the webpage but you got some skills. Hey just finished my turbo SC with an air to water intercooler. Hit me up from my setup with this little setup I got 2 feet of piping total with the intercooler and instant spool. Put down 340 on 8psi untuned. Located in nashville and the my main man shane at SCUPRAs Inc. did it all with me.

he lock the thread for like 4 hrs, until he got in contact with the "seller". Everyone saw that!
Here's the funny part, seller just asked for money to cover shipping. Dave sent him the money, the "seller" disappeared with it! LOL :gay: :dumbass:

Some guy posted a thread on how to fix the burned out lights on the climate control with a CCFL (cold cathod) instead of using LED's. and it was alot better then the LED fix offered by the approved cl vendor LLC (lextech.org).

He got bashed on by LLC for saying the CCFL's aren't meant for automotive applications and how the roadshock would destroy the fragile tubes within 2 weeks, and that he shouldn't post to misinform others, blah blah blah

a week later his thread and pics mysteriously got deleted :jerkit:

btw: LLC (lextech.org) now offers CCFL conversions for the climate control :wtf:

but when I went back later on
I got some unable to find thread error

DId you buy your parts from Allelectronics.com?
I order the ccfl and transformer, but never got around to installing it cause I dind't want to break my Climate Control takign it apart.
I couldn't find the "how to" on opening up the CC any more

1) To clarify we do not EVER read member's PMs on ClubLexus. To my knowledge there is not even a facility to do something like that in vBulletin. Ask your admin on this forum if HE can do it.

2) On the shocks I have absolutely no idea what you're talking about. I have never locked a thread to take 'free shocks' from anyone. I bought my bilstein / eibachs from SRT in 1999 for my GS, then bought Bilstein coilovers from a website in 2003 to upgrade 'em. I have never locked a thread so I can take advantage of a sale, only when stuff is sold or to enforce forum rules.

LLC is no longer a vendor on CL and any moderation of lighting threads should done by myself so there is no conflict of interest.

ya know, I havent really taken any pix of the sc300, because I havent had time to do anything to it yet. havent even driven it for almost a month :(

I picked up a bodykit, Rollcage and a few other little parts that are collecting dust for a bit.

From what I have gather'd its, in the long run, its just plain smarter to do the 2jzgte swap. After everything thats need'd to do a proper NA-T conversion its really less expensive to just do the swap.

This is not coming from experience mind you as I bought my SC300 already 2jzgte swapped, cant wait to drive it as it has not been deliver'd yet LOL, but since the stock a stock 2jzgte engine has no problem throwing down 1000+rwhp why not right!

I like you hate being in this position because both are tried and proven I'm personely just thinking "Ah hell why not throw the bomb in there" you know what I mean?

I'd love to go with a 2jzgte...but the price will be a factor. I just dont wanna dump that much cash into two of these things. :(
I figured I'd be able to get the power I needed from a NA-t or 1j. I'll Drift it (thats the plan) @ 400 hp range would be ideal with a car this heavy....

If I didnt have other car projects goin on, Im pretty sure I'd opt for the 2jzgte...
