Might as well have this shit here. Wanna stick it under FAQs or something Kirk? I know a lot of people ask about this shit.

When people refer to this "idle" screw, I'm not sure what the fuck they talking about. This may be it, it may not. But either way, this one works for me. So here's a quick write-up. It's very simple.

This is the area of the engine you will be working with.

You see the screw that's circled in red? This is the one that you will need to adjust. Basically make it longer a lil bit, so it pushed on the toggle that revs the engine. Keep playing with it till you get the idle you want. I was aiming for 850, but it's very sensitive and keep getting 950-1000 so I kept it like that. To adjust that screw, you will need to remove the 2 screws that are circled in yellow. Then remove the whole unit and adjust it. You may need to use a vice wrench.

Another easier way is to adjust the cruise control wire. Just basically make it real tight so that it pulls on the toggle all the time. That way your engine will never rev below the set rpm.
Again, just play with it till you get the desired rpm.

The bolt that you will need to adjust is circled in green.

Well here it is, THE IDLE SCREW (or so I was told):

Supposed if you tighten it (clockwise) it increases idle. Just use a wrench to unbolt the bolt. Then use an allen tool and move the screw. Then use the wrench to tighten the bolt to lock the setting. The bolt and screw works hand and hand.

Perhaps we can get this in the FAQ's too? I know it was a common question over in SF.
