Stand alone is the only way to go for NA-T. Your air fuel will never be steady due to stock ecu.

what about the AEM FIC? will that work good with NA-Ts if they are OBDII?

From what I've heard, the FIC is working well for NA-T

You can probably find used ones for about $1000.00 to $1200.00 but you can get a new one for like $1400.00. $1400.00 was how much I paid for mine. I forgot his forum name but if you post in the wtb section in supraforums, I am sure he will contact you. Great guy with great deals. Everyone else sells the AEM EMS for more.

According to what I have heard and read, the AEM FIC was design for the OBDII cars only and will not work well with ob1.

Yeah the aem ems is a plug and play system. The only thing you need to buy extra is the map sensor and AIT sensor which are pretty cheap. Yeah I think you can use either the 2jzgte or 2jzge one on either. I dont know why they made two different models. To get either EMS to work with either engine you just have to upload the appropriate cal file. Someone on here did this and is using the 2jzgte ems on the 2jzge engine.

pick your poison.... I like the FIC for OBD2 for a piggyback. AEM standalone for demanding applications.
