Im running a 97 NA-T sc300 roughly 500hp. Boostlogic auto trans and a 3300 stall. Seems like my cruising speeds on the highway are retarded high in the rpm range. Like 4k for 60-65? This is with the trans locked in od?

I do have the sc400 dash so I know my tach is off but I can fel the motr reving pretty high. And my gas mileage is terrible. Wouldn't it make more sense to put like a 3.08 or some low gear in this setup? Wheres teh best place to find a cheap set of low gears to swap in? How much woudl it cost to do this?

Thanks

yes, everyone will have issues running out of RPM with those gears on a turbo car. 3.xx is much better.

I would also recommend 3.xx gearing.
Its going to be hard to find gears for our cars though. The best place to check would again be the forums, junk yards, eBay. I would say your local diff/axle shop should get you in and out for ~200.
