how much boost does the gte have n how much boost can the ge handle?GTE=Full Boost@11.5 PSI. The ge motor is strong, 600rwhp shouldn't be any problem.

GE motor goes :rl: with 1 bar of boost.
Unless you get a headgasket and all other supporting mods.

Unless you get a headgasket and all other supporting mods.I'd hope if you're into the 500hp range, you would have already swapped a headgasket, that's about as basic as it gets. The GE motor can probably handle alot more than 600rwhp, I'm sure DaveH had in the 700rwhp range.

it is said that the stock manual tranny in the sc300 can only handle about 400HP then it will probably take a shit.. i beleive dave H is testing that right now
The W58 can handle a variable amount of power :) It depends on:
a) its current condition
b) what kind of clutch you're running
c) if you're running an LSD and/or super sticky tires
d) how you drive it and where its driven (drag launches will kill it fast)
