Will the OBDI Supra auto ecu work in an OBDI auto SC300. will it work without mods to the wire harness
Yes, as long as the Supra auto ecu is from a nonturbo supra...

Great! So it's a plug and go affair.
I have been told that Supra nonturbo auto ecu has a higher rev limiter than the sc300 auto ecu and that the programing is a bit more agressive.
I can get a Supra ecu for about $75 and would like to try it on my SC300. If nothing else I still want the higher rev limiter
Nah, they are the same... on my SC300 I dont hit the revlimit until 6800ish rpms... it shows up as 6400 on the tach, but on my AFC it always showed 6800

wtf, my rev limit seems to be at like 6k in 1st gear and then after that at about 6200.
yeah but does it say that on your stock TACH or does it say that via an AFC? I think the stock tach responds slowly... When turbocharged I would frequently hit the revlimiter in 1st and sometimes in 2nd... it showed up as 6100-6200rpms on the stock tach because it got wound out fast

it says about 6200-6250 on my safr.
I cant explain why that is. My SAFC always stated ~6800rpms on its tach and the tach itself always stated around 6200-6300
