91-94 and 94-95 are alittle different in the shifter area of the tranny. just buy a supra r154 and http://www.clublexus.com/forums/showthread.php?t=183050 or do it the right way and get the shifter housing (33521-24040) and the shift control lever (33570-24010) from the JZZ30 Soarer via Carson Toyota for $76+shipping. There is a 3-4 week delay on the order of these parts since they are not a USDM part or from a dealership in canada. you will also need the OEM shifter from the JZZ30 Soarer (33530-24030) other than that all the parts will swap right out MINUS the slave cylinder on the tranny it is a push and should be on the new tranny you get. you will also need a new clutch and flywheel.www.driftmotion.com has them for cheap. hope this helps and let me know if you need anything else

this is to get rid of the W58 tranny for the cheaper mk3 r154 and not having to fab up the shifter

I have my parts from Carson Toyota coming soon, hopfully. My question is, to install the shifter linkage I have to pull the tail section of the tranny apart to put that in?

Bump

So if I get these parts:
shifter housing (33521-24040)
shift control lever (33570-24010)
OEM shifter from the JZZ30 Soarer (33530-24030)

...the Supra MK3 R154 is a bolt on tranny to a MKIV with the right bellhousing, flywheel and slave cylinder?

Which slave cylinder should I use and which drive shaft?
