Hey guys im seeing if anyone can shed some light this gs300 i have with FIC. The setup is an NA-T, top mount, garrett turbo, tial wastegate, 3in IC piping, 450cc injectors. So now after wiring the FIC, checking the wiring 3 times, it starts up with the bypass jumper and runs good just pig rich.

when i plug in the FIC, set it to what AEM says to do and as per what the sticky says, the car starts fine, drives BUT stumbles at 3k, 4k, and feels like a limiter at 5k rpm. that is only when i give it heavy throttle. if i sit in neutral, and rev, it only revs up under 10% throttle. This has got me stumped since the car runs fine when the FIC isnt hooked up in the car. Anyone with ideas?

does your vsc and vsc off light both turn on at the same time?

sounds like a tune issue that you're having. are you entering an additional 20% in the MAF map table?

what is your MAP fuel map like?

where is your MAF clamp?

what's the AF like as you do this under load?

ok guys i figured it out! the instructions on the FIC call for intercepting the Crank sencor negative as well as intecepting the cam negative sensor. it seemed weird to intercept grounds so i connected the grounds together and BAM! it works. thanks guys

Sorry to bump an old thread, but what is a MAGO?

MAGO- = the negative terminal for MAG-style pick-up of either crank or camshaft going out (to the ECU).

our cars use a more unique circuit that only requires MAGI +/- and MAGO+

sorry, but now I'm cutting in, so you say only the crank sensor is used. not the distributer signal along with the crank? I'm having issues with my install. I used both.
