Before the gangbangs start, I did read through the sticky's. I'am looking for an SC now, and evo's hold no candles to the class of an SC. Let us get started.
I was wondering if you could utilize the stroker kit for the supra MKIV ( TT to be exact) with the NA-T set-up of course. I was reading on here where the crank and I believe it said connecting rods were the same, I don't know if it said piston's also, so I wont quote that.
Also if allot of the after market supra parts (engine) would be compatable with this set-up, i.e. cam's, cam gear's ect. ect. ect.
I know there are other factor's and thing's to consider with the ignition, ecu/fuel manage option's, ect ect.
Here is what I'm looking at and please chime in if I'm heading down the wrong path. The 2JZ world is much diff than the 4G world. I would like to do a mild to wild capability build as this project will probably be my weekend warrior. I would like to build for some good power and keep drivablitly intact. I have not really set a horsepower range per say as the feel of 300+ hp in an Evo will feel different in an SC so I might want to up that for the future.
Right now I'm looking into the differences between the various swap's on here...I'm liking the 1JZ/2GE bottom end combo as well as the NA-T build. I would like the GTE swap but as I have read throughout these forums, you can get just as much if not more power out of these various combo's and set-up's. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated on thing's I mentioned or left out and I must say my hat goes off to you guys, as this forum is amazing. I admire and respect the sweat and tears that have gone in on these project's as they have me at a loss for words with the amazement. Thanks in advance.
