After removing the union bolt, the entire assembly that was held in by the union bolt has moved out of place and I cannot put it back together to enable me to screw the tapped union bolt back in. Any suggestions?

I'm trying to line it back up, but there is so little space to work with. I'm going t remove this horizonatal black metal bar held in by two bolts...hopefully nothing will fall down :-P. it shoud give me more room to work with.
UPDATE:
Yea removing that black bar helped. New Union Bolt in place...Thanks everyone :). Can anyone confirm that the union bolt torqu specs are 65 ft/lbf?
