VPC Settings on NA-T with BL67

What are the basic settings that I should set my VPC to baseline before I start really dialing in a good tune? I have heard unless you have cams, you should just zero it out, but that was on a GTE motor. BTW, I have a '95 SC300 with a Boostlogic 67 Kit with 550cc's, VPC, S-AFC 2, and a Zeitronix Wideband to tune the car.
