Thinking of buying a na-t sc300 but has some kind of issues. The seller claims to be some kind of tuning problem. He says that on wot the car hesitates at about 3500-4000 rpms and that he thinks that the car needs an safc or some kind of engine management?? What do you think could be the problem? I don't exactly know what kind of turbo setup he has but here is a description of the car he is selling.
1992 lexus SC300 turbo auto, COLD A/C, power everything, 112,200 miles, dark green, tan interior
