I finished this swap about 2 weeks ago and the car drives amazing! The motor is bone stock, I am even running the stock sidemount intercooler setup. I love the motor, it was indeed a great swap. Big ups to Danny from Phantasm Motorsports for helping me make this swap a success. It took me about 6 hours of work on extending the wiring harness, and it took about 8 hours to finish up the swap. Super-nice! I always wanted to see someone do the 1JZ swap and the gated shifter...any different from doing the gated shifter on the stock set up?

Thank you! And Nope, no difference at all on the gated shifter conversion between the two motors. Gated shifter is sweet man, I would recommend that conversion if you want to add a little more class to the car.
