can someone list all the parts besides the tranny / engine / wiring harness that I will need to convert a 1999 SC300 with a 2JZGE to a JDM 2JZGTE.

I also would like to know what do we need for 2J GTE swap and how difficult that will be compare to 1JZ swap.
I just curious how much does 1JZ motor w/o turbos produce HP and TQ... it could be 140hp or less w/o turbos.
I could not find reasonable 1JZ motor set...so I am thinking to have 2JZ-GTE swap route if its possible, $$ wise and skill wise.
Not so sure about this info is correct or not but I heard that JZX110 1JZ has an excellent ECU which enable to recognize bolt on turbos w/o re-mapping, re-graficing, re-fuel flow charting...
Is there anyone made 2JZ-GTE swap to sc300 like 1JZ-GTE made by mr. got_trd? Thank you.

It should be a pretty straightforward swap... I think you're going to have a custom driveshaft made... that's about it that's out of the ordinary.

I wonder that do you say...2JZ swap is almost the same as 1JZ swap except having a custom driveshaft?

Why would you want to run a 1JZ-GTE (not to be cunfused with the 2JZ-GE and 2JZ-GTE!!!!) withOUT the turbos?! 8:1 compression on a 6 cyl. with NO boost would make NO power.
Also, 2JZ-GTE (the USDM Supra turbo motor) will cost you quite a bit more - supply and demand is the onyl reason for that. You can find a 1JZ with tranny and ECU, or maybe even as a front clip, for $1000-3000; 2JZ-GTE's tend to run $5000-7000 with the comparable hardware, and finding one with the infamous 6 speed is MUCH more difficult and MUCH more expensive.
Whatever you do, just make sure to replace the little things for cheap insurnace (plug wires, belts, maybe even the water pump).

B: I was referring to a clip
C: Maybe I was thinking of a USDM 2JZ-GTE's, not JDM. Whoops! :-D
