how much is this turbo worth

im new to turbos....and was wondering how much this turbo is worth it's a t04e with a .68 a/r it's rebuilt with 0 miles on rebuild seller wants $500+shipping he doesn't know the brand , he's from supraforums , i got opinions that it should be worth $350 at most

turbos are like cars too, they go down a lot once its no longer new.

I would give it $200 since it's used, but it's rebuilt so it should be worth in the area of $350-400 shipped.
