vvt vs non vvt

Would there be any benfit to boosting a vvt 98-00 sc300 vs any pre 98 non vvt? or better yet, is there a benefit in putting on a vvt head on a pree vvt block?

most people say vvt-i isnt worth it

i personally say it is, when lex luthor had his sc300 vvt-i na-t he said it was worth it. it pushed 500+rwhp

how hard is it to do the vvti head swap for like the one that has a digital igntion on a 94 supra non turbo? instead of the standard disributer one? and what would you need to do it? or is it easyer to just do an msd one?
