Thanks in advance to any who can help. Car is a 94 NA-T. I am making one thread for everything becasue I think the idle problem is related to the sensors. The oil light comes on and the temp gauge doesn't work (it stays all the way cold even after the engine warms).

There are 3 connectors that are unpluged on the intake side underneath the manifold. PLUGS: One is orange, another blue, and the last is gray (smaller). I cannot see where to plug them in because I put the manifold and everything back on with these unplugged (after changing the head gasket). Could someone tell me what they are based on the color? I can post pics tomorrow if needed.

I bought the car already an NA-T with a few mods. I am not sure if any of the sensors are supposed to be unplugged. The motor has an EGR block off plate, charcoal canister delete, and is tuned with MAP ECU 1.

I appreciate any help!

Post pics and I'll check mine.
Mine also has no EGR or charcoal canister so our wiring should be similar.

I had an issue with the coolant temperature sensor once (just a software issue in the emanage) and the car idled very high and overfuelled like crazy. Check that your coolant temp sensor looks alright.

Here are the pictures. I tried to take an additional one for the blue and gray connectors. Thanks again!!

I think you need to take some bigger pictures so that I can see roughly where the wires come from for those connectors.

Its really hard to say just based on the pics of connectors cuz they all look similar.

The blue one goes immediatly under the intake manifold runners on the firewall side of the engine. Its almos directly above the starter motor. I think this is the VSV for the vacuum pump, if the vac pump is playing up then it could mess with your idle by introducing extra air.

The oil pressure sender is also just under the manifold, you cant see it but you can feel around where the oil filter is. It is possible that this is another one of the plugs. Theres grey plugs going into my aircon lines around there but I dont think its one of those as you can unplug the aircon and the car should work fine.

That just leaves the third one :) Will have a look when you put up some more photos.

Hey Dr Nick,

Sorry it took me so long to get these. It was hectic day yesterday and I didn't get home till after dark (the pictures were coming out really lousy). Here are 3 bigger pictures of the last one from slightly different angles. As always, you are a real life-saver for me with this thing, lol.
